Steven V. Inman, MD
Dr. Inman is a native of Minnesota. He completed medical school at the University of Minnesota School of Medicine and pediatric residency at the University of Colorado Health Science Center in Denver. He is board certified and has been in practice at Pediatric Services since 1985. He cares for children with a wide range of problems but places a strong emphasis on preventative care. He has been active in the pediatric community serving as a Chief of Staff at Children's Hospitals and Clinics of Minnesota and is currently on the Board of Directors of the Children's Physician Network. Dr. Inman is married with three grown children. In his free time, he enjoys golf, classical music, theater, reading and travel.

Kristin H. Johnson, MD
Dr. Johnson is a native of south Minneapolis, where she went to high school at Minnehaha Academy. After undergraduate studies in biology and history at North Park University in Chicago, IL, she worked in pediatric virology research at the University of Minnesota and then attended Rush Medical School in Chicago. She completed her pediatric residency at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, MN in 2013. Board-certified in pediatrics, Dr. Johnson loves working with kids of all ages. Clinical interests include early childhood development, adolescent medicine, preventative care, and infectious disease. She is excited to be back in the Twin Cities with her husband and young son and daughter, where they enjoy the area's beautiful lakes, running trails, and grandparent babysitters.

Garrett M. Jones, MD
Dr. Jones was born in Columbus, Indiana and also lived in Nashville, TN and Chicago, IL before completing his undergraduate education at the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor. He returned to Chicago to attend medical school at Rush Medical College and then moved to Minneapolis for his pediatric residency training at the University of Minnesota, which he completed in 2016. He is board certified in pediatrics, and his clinical interests include preventative medicine, asthma management and caring for medically complex children.
During residency, he quickly fell in love with the Twin Cities and now couldn’t imagine calling anywhere else home. Outside of the clinic, he enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters, hiking, traveling, golfing and trying new restaurants.

Rebecca L. Mahady, MD
Dr.Mahady is a full-fledged Minnesotan. She is originally from Winona, Minnesota. She completed her undergraduate degree at the University of Minnesota - Twin Cities and went on to medical school at the University of Minnesota - Duluth. She completed her residency at the University of Minnesota in 2015 and is board certified in Pediatrics.
Dr. Mahady enjoys working with the full spectrum of pediatric care from newborns to adolescents. Her priorities include helping families stay healthy, following developmental milestones, helping kids feel better when sick, and ensuring that parents’ questions are answered. When not working, she loves spending time with her husband and three kids. She enjoys music, movies, and making her kids giggle.Dr. Mahady is currently accepting new patients.
Melanie Lind- Ayres, MD
Dr. Lind-Ayres was raised in the Twin Cities and attended college at Gustavus Adolphus majoring in biology and dance. She attended the University of Minnesota -Twin Cities for medical school, and ventured south to Emory University for residency training in Pediatrics. After 1 year in pediatric nephrology training at the University of Minnesota, she worked at Park Nicollet as a general pediatrician from 2010-2023. She has a special interest in caring for newborns, children with chronic conditions such as asthma, adolescents, and those with mental health conditions. Dr. Lind-Ayers lives in St. Louis Park with her spouse and three children. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, exercising, gardening, connecting/volunteering at her church, and watching new movies.

Kirsten R. Morse, CPNP
Kirsten N. Dougherty, CPNP
Kirsten is a board certified primary care Pediatric Nurse Practitioner. She grew up in the Twin Cities area and attended the University of Minnesota Morris for her undergraduate degree, and the University of Minnesota Twin Cities for her Master of Nursing degree (2012) and Doctor of Nursing Practice degree (2017). Prior to joining Pediatric Services in 2022, she worked as a nurse in Pediatric Blood and Marrow Transplant at the University of Minnesota Masonic Children’s Hospital for 5 years and then spent 4 years working as a nurse practitioner at another local pediatric clinic. She is a Certified Lactation Specialist and also completed a graduate minor in integrative health and healing. Her practice interests include lactation, nutrition, integrative medicine, environmental and food allergies, and public health. In her spare time, she loves to play volleyball, travel, hike, enjoy theater and live music, and spend time with her husband, son, and 2 dogs.
